Money Hungry, dont care about customers experience
FIrst off, I would like to mention that I have went to regal for decades. They always have great movie theatres. And event though they are the more expensive one, I always choose them because of the experience. Well the past month, I have not had the greatest experience. This company just wants to take your money and not care about the customer at all. I wrote in about a complaint with signing up for a subscription. They replied and disregarding the whole email that I had sent. I signed up with a gift card and they charged my debit card anyways. This is one of the reasons that I do not give out my debit card information to just anyone because companies just like REGAL will misuse the information. Upon checkout, there was button to click to use the gift card. (which idk why there has to be a button anyways because thats the method that I am using. It also required a debit card to start the subscription, so I entered mine. All low and behold the company charged my debit card. I simply asked for a refund and they ignore my issue and just told me that I was stuck with the subscription. At this point, I do not trust my money information with them. They are crooks and do not care about the customer. You can't get anyone over the phone because they would rather hide behind emails and just send pre written messages. If they were actually smart about it, they could have ACTUALLY listened to my issue and offered a solution. Then I would have had the subscription for a long time. But people will always block their own blessings. Still not have had a refund and will no longer visit this establishment. If someone mentions this company, I would be so inclined to tell them they should probably go to another theater.

Regal Fired Employee over Karen complaint
Found out a friend of mine overexaggerated and partially lied about an employee to HR just to get them fired. In the process of that confession, I also found out said "friend" was going after a "crippled" employee as my "friend" called him, to try and get him fired. Found out recently through other research that the employee that was fired has a documented disability. Its good to know Regal cares more about money in their pockets to protect "Karens" and false accusations than supporting an employee of theirs with a documented disability. Shame on Regal. All my friends and family will be going to other cinemas that are NOT owned by Regal since I've seen how they treat their employees who work hard for them. Update— regal is still in the Karen’s side. I can’t support a company who does this to their employees

Moneysah in concessions at the regal…
Moneysah in concessions at the regal royal palm location deserves a standing ovation! She went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. Very polite, explained the benefits of joining the regal club and provided top notch hospitality!!! Thank you again for going above and beyond during my visit!

RPX was no different than regular…
RPX was no different than regular standard screen, & the price is outrageous expensive. This was my 1st time watching it. Not fan of it, disappointed.

unlimited NO NO NO
Have charged my credit card for 2 years un-authorized. They were told to stop 1 year ago when i noticed it....they didn't. Just keep charging my card.

I love the Unlimited plan and the…
I love the Unlimited plan and the features. I do not love the fact that you can't remove payment methods and need to reach out to Customer Service in order to have the subscription cancelled. They are stealing $ from customers by making it IMPOSSIBLE to remove a CC or cancelling the subscription on our own. It is set up to keep you locked in the subscription unless you email customer service. Regal Customer Service wrote me this response: "Thank you for taking the time to contact our office. Please be informed that it is only the customer service that have access to cancel a membership and again according to the Terms and Conditions of Unlimited plan". Give customers the ability to cancel their subscription on their own!

LOOK FOR THE CASHIER NAMED KAT!!
We came in February 26, 2023 at the Northtown Regal Cinema. Walking in we had no idea of all the deals and offers that we could receive and that’s where our lovely, friendly cashier came in. Her name was Kat, she was so excited to help us explain how coupons worked and all the deals we could receive to spend less on our popcorn and snacks! Even if something didn’t work out in the moment she was down to make something else work just so that we were satisfied with our visit today!

On Feb 5th drove to purchase 15 ticket for girl outing on sunday Feb 10th manager said can't buy tickets for Friday10 what the heck....we wanted to sit together..

the worst customer service on the planet
This company is the worst and I hope they go out of business. If they mess up your payment while purchasing tickets, there is NO way to reach customer service. A representative will write you back only to ignore you after you give them more information. This happened several times, they know there is nothing you can do. I will never spend a single dollar in a Regal cinema ever again.

Don't Trust Regal Unlimited!
On September 24 I bought a ticket using my Regal Unlimited online account. Since this was not in a premium theater, I should have been charged only a $0.50 transaction fee. However, I was also charged a $5.50 surcharge which was clearly a mistake. I reported this to Regal Unlimited within a day using their online message service but received no response. About a week later I sent them a follow up email reminding them of the problem but have still received no reply. Because there is no contact phone number for Regal Unlimited, I have no further recourse. The way they have stonewalled me on this issue is a disgrace!
